Company Monitoring

SUISHARE monitors Swiss-based companies in the SMI & SPI through direct engagement with senior management, information proffered from concerned stakeholders, the media, analyst views and contacts within the companies. SUISHARE will publish regular news, detailed and clearly explained Voting guidelines as well as be present at Annual General Meetings (AGM’s) and where appropriate ask relevant and pertinent questions. We will also have a member present at AGM’s to exercise proxy mandates.

On the SUISHARE website we will publish the companies we are monitoring, together with the relevant disclosures and documentation.
