2019 was a record year on the Swiss Stock Market in many respects. Records were broken & re-broken. The SMI reached an historical new high in 2019. The SMI overall rose by 27 percent. SMI dividends cumulatively increased by over 30 percent. Likewise the SPI had a splendid year, increasing by 32 percent.
